Common questions
How often can you run payroll?
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whichever suits your business.
Do you handle Single Touch Payroll?
Yes. Every pay run is reported to the ATO through Single Touch Payroll (STP Phase 2), and we finalise it at the end of the financial year.
What about super under Payday Super?
Super is paid through a clearing house as part of the service, set up for Payday Super, which started on 1 July 2026.
Do you advise on awards and pay rates?
No. Award interpretation and pay-rate advice are outside the payroll service. We process payroll at the rates you set.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly fee based on how many employees you pay. It is confirmed in writing before anything starts.
